| dc.description.abstract | Otomotiv endüstrisinde parça ve sistem tedarikçisi olarak yer alan firmaların yenilikçi tasarım için yapacakları tasarım ve optimizasyon çalışmaları önümüzdeki yıllarda sektörde ki konumlarını belirleyecektir. Bu çalışmada, ECE-R14 çekme testi esas alınarak üç tip ayağın çekme testi simülasyonları yapılmıştır ve bu üç tip içerisinden en uygun maliyeti olan üretim yöntemi seçilmiştir. Topoloji optimizasyonu yapılarak minimum ağırlıkta ayak tasarlanmıştır. Elde edilen tasarım simülasyon ve gerçek test ile de doğrulanmıştır. Ardından topografya optimizasyonu yapılmıştır. Bu optimizasyon çalışması ile mukavemetli bir ayak tasarımı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu tasarım sadece simülasyonlar ile doğrulanmıştır. Tez sonucunda firmanın yeni projelerinde kullanması adına 2 tip ayak dizayn edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the coming years , the firms that are involved in the automotive industry as supplier of parts and system will do design and optimization studies for innovative design and these studies will determine their position in the sector. In this thesis, three types of pedestal were performed with ECE-R14 analysis and which is the cheapest method of production has been selected. Topology optimization obtained as a result of minimum weight pedestal. The results confirmed with simulations and real tests. After performed the topography optimization. This optimization have been obtained as a result of strong pedestal. This pedestal confirmed with only simulations. Consequently of thesis the company have 2 types of pedestal and the company will use in new projects. | en_US |
