dc.description.abstract(3x3)inçlik Nal (Tl) Dedektörleri için toplam verim ve tüm enerji pik duyarlığı değerleri Monte - Carlo Yöntemi kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. 0.1. - 1.5 MeV arasında foton enerjileri için, nokta veya disk kaynakların, dedektörün ön yüzünden 1-20 cm. arasındaki konumları ele alınmıştır. Çalışılan enerji aralığında, çift oluşumu olayı göz önüne alınmamıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe total efficiencies and full energy peak efficiencies are calculated using the Monte - Carlo method for the 3"x3" Nal (Tl) detector, we consider the position of the point or disk gamma ray sources on the symmetry axis of the detector, 1 to 20 cm away from the detector face, for 0.1-1,5 MeV photon energies. We ignore the pair production effects in this energy region.en_US
