| dc.description.abstract | Elastan iplikler, tekstil ürünlerinin elastikiyet ve konfor özelliklerini iyilestirme kabiliyetleri sayesinde geçtigimiz 45 yıl içerisinde büyük bir ilerleme kaydetmislerdir. Elastan iplik içeren kumaslara olan talebin artmasına paralel olarak da elastan iplik üreticilerinin sayısında da önemli bir artıs olmustur. smi dünyaca üne kavusmus elastan iplik firmalarına alternatif olarak üretilen çok sayıdaki elastan iplikler, uygun fiyat olanakları sayesinde örme sektöründe kendine kısa zamanda yer bulmustur. Bu arastırmada; marka faktörünün elastan ipliklerin çekme uzama davranıslarına ve örme kumasların yapısal özelliklerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılan iki grup deneysel çalısma sunulmustur. Çalısmanın ilk asamasında 6 farklı marka elastan ipligin çekme uzama davranısları çesitli test aletleriyle test edilerek, kopma uzama davranısları, sabit gerilim degerindeki % uzama davranısları, sabit % uzama degerlerindeki gerilim davranısları ve sürtünme özellikleri üzerine elastan iplik markasının etkisini görebilmek amacıyla deneysel bir çalısma yapılmıs ve istatistiksel analiz yöntemiyle karsılastırma yapılmıstır. Çalısmanın ikinci asamasında; ilk asamada çekme uzama davranısları incelenen 4 farklı marka elastan iplik kullanılarak, 3 farklı zemin ipligi besleme miktarı ve 3 farklı elastan iplik besleme miktarı uygulanarak, bir sırada sadece pamuk ipligi diger sırada ise pamuk ipligi ve elastan ipligi beraber olacak sekilde 36 adet elastan iplikli RL(süprem) örgü kumas üretilmistir. Bu kumasların sıra sıklıgı, çubuk sıklıgı, ilmek yogunlugu, zemin ipliginin ilmek iplik uzunlugu, elastan ipliginin ilmek iplik uzunlugu, gramaj, kalınlık, patlama mukavemeti, hava geçirgenligi, streç ve kalıcı uzama özellikleri üzerine deneysel bir çalısma yapılmıs ve faktörlerin etkisini görebilmek amacıyla istatistiksel analiz yöntemiyle karsılastırma yapılmıstır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Elastane yarns have made a great progress with in the last 45 years because of their ability to improve their elasticity and comfort properties. There has been a significant increase in elastan yarn producers parallel to the increase of the demand for fabrics containing elastane yarns. Elastane yarns which are produced as an alternative for the yarns belong to the well-known elastane yarn firms; have found a place in knitting sector because of their suitable prices. In this study, two groups of experimental works have been represented in order to investigate the effects of the brand factor on stress strain behaviour of elastane yarns and structural properties of the knitted fabrics. In the first section of the study, the stress strain behaviour of the 6 different brand elastane yarns has been tested with different test devices in order to see the effect of brand on breaking elongation % behaviour, elongation % under the constant stress, stress under the constant elongation % and frictional behaviour. And the comparisons have been made with the statistical methods. In the second section of the study, 36 RL (single jersey) knitted fabrics have been produced with 4 different elastane yarns, 3 different base yarn feed ratio and 3 different elastane yarn feed ratio. Sample fabrics were knitted with cotton yarn used alone in one course and with cotton / elastane yarn used in the other course. The experimental work was aimed at determining the effect of the factors on the wale density, course density, loop density, loop length of the base yarn, loop length of the elastane yarn, areal density, thickness, bursting strength, air permeability, growth and stretch and comparing the results with statistical methods. | en_US |
