| dc.description.abstract | A - 14 - year - old girl, suffered from idiopathic hypoparathyroidism and experienced her first tetanic spasm at the age of seven years and after that time she has noted to have moniliasis affecting his nail beds, alopecia totalis, was evaluated at Uludağ University Medical School Hospital.
