dc.description.abstract1878 yılında toplanan Berlin Kongresi ve sonunda imzalanan Berlin Antlaşması Avrupalı devletlerin bilhassa Balkanlardaki toprakların dengeli paylaşımı niyetiyle yapılmıştır. Nitekim daha öncesinde Osmanlı-Rusya arasında imzalanan Ayatefanos Antlaşmasın’da Rusya’nın Avrupa devletleri arasındaki dengeyi dikkate almadan Şark meselesini sadece kendi menfaatleri açısından halletmek istemesi Avrupa devletlerini antlaşma maddelerini yeniden gözden geçirip düzenlemeye sevk etmiştir. Berlin Antlaşması maddeleri Arnavut topraklarının bir kısmını Osmanlı idaresinden çıkardığı gibi Balkanları da bir daha birleşmesi zor milli unsurlara ayırmıştır. Bunun yanında Arnavutların topraklarını ve milliyetlerini muhafaza etme noktasında birlik haline gelmeleri de yine bu döneme rastlamaktadır. Çalışmada Berlin Kongresi’nin Osmanlının siyasi geleceğine ve Arnavut toplumuna etkileri irdelenmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the Congress of Berlin which was held in 1878 and the Treaty of Berlin which was signed aftermath was to share Ottoman territories in Balkans equally by European states. Since Imperial Russia had signed Treaty of San Stefano with Ottoman State in order to solve the Eastern Question to its own advantage ignoring the balance between European states. Thus, they forced Russia to make amendments to the articles of the treaty. The Treaty of Berlin caused the loss of some Albanian territories by Ottoman State, as well as separation of Balkan nations which is hardly brought together again. However, reunion of Albanians to defend their territories and nation coincide with this period. This study aims to deal with effects of the Treaty of Berlin on the future of the Ottoman politics and Albanian society.en_US
