dc.description.abstractBu tezde rulmanlarda, dişli çarklarda, sürtünme çarklarında ve kam mekanizmalarında önemli bir faktör olan Hertz Basıncı'nın, sabit bilyalı ve silindirik makaralı yataklar üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Öncelikle Hertz Basıncı'nın, yağ filmi oluşmadan önce, yuvarlanma elemanlarında ve bileziklerde meydana getirdiği elastik deformasyonlar araştırılmıştır. Daha sonra yağ filmi oluşumu da dikkate alınarak Reynolds Denklemi ile Hertz Deformasyon Denklemi birlikte incelenmiş ve ömrü önemli ölçüde etkileyen ve çıkış bölgesi yakınında meydana gelen basınçtaki ani artış noktasının değeri ve konumu üzerindeki yükün, hızın ve malzemenin etkileri tartışılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis the Hertz Pressure, which is one of the important factors for the rolling element bearings, gears, friction gears and cam mechanisms, was examined especially for the ball bearings and roller bearings. At the first stage the elastic deformations over the rolling elements and rings, which were caused by only Hertz Pressure before the formation of the oil film, were searched. Then the formation of the oil film took in notice and the Reynolds and the Hertz Equations examined together. By doing that the load, the speed and the material effects over the pressure spike, which is formed near to the outlet region of the contact and which has a great effect over the life of the rolling element bearings by its magnitude and its location, were researched.en_US
