dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, içi boş liflerden oluşmuş FDY multifilamentlerin üretiminde önemli bazı parametrelerin, multifilament ipliğin bazı kullanım özellikleri üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla üç farklı üretim parametresi kullanılmıştır. Bunlar iplik sarım hızı, üfleme havası sıcaklığı ve düze enine kesit şeklidir. Bu ipliklerden çeşitli özelliklerin test edilebilmesi için örme kumaşlar üretilmiştir. İplik ve kumaş numunelerinin mekanik, optik ve boya alma özellikleri farklı tekstil test metodları ile incelenmiştir. Multifilament iplik numuneleri için düzgünsüzlük, dayanım, modül, uzama ve kaynama çekme testleri; örme kumaş numuneleri için kalınlık ve gramaj, boncuklaşma eğilimi, dikey yönde kılcal ıslanma ve boya alımı testleri yapılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to investigate the effects of important parameters in production of hollow FDY multifilament yarn on some of their end-use properties. Three different spinning parameters were determined for this aim. These parameters are winding speed, quench air temperature and cross-sectional shapes of nozzle hole. Knitted fabrics were produced from these yarns for testing various properties. Mechanical, optical and dyeability properties of the samples of yarns and knitted fabrics were investigated by different textile test methods. Tests for evenness, strain, tenacity, modulus, yarn shrinkage in boiling water were performed on the multifilament yarn samples. Tests for thickness and weight in grams, pilling, wicking and dyeability were performed on the knitted fabrics.en_US
