Rulmanlı yatakların tribolojik özellikleri

Abstract

Bu tezde rulmanların güvenilir çalışması için bilyalar ve yuvarlanma yollan arasında ortaya çıkan tribolojik etkilere (sürtünme, aşınma ve yağlama) deyinilmiştir. Bu etkileri (metal temasını ve yüzeylerin aşınmasını) önlemek amacıyla farklı rulman tiplerinde ve rulmanlarda kullanılan farklı yağ çeşitleriyle, uygun bir şekilde nasıl yağlama, yapılacağı ve farklı yüklerde rulmanı oluşturan parçalar arasındaki ezilme incelenmiştir.In this thesis the tribologie effects (friction, wear and lubrication) were compiled for the operational safety of the antifriction bearings between the balls and carriers. To avoid these effects (direct metallic touch and surfaces-wear), different antifriction bearings with different lubrication means, the best lubrication with the suitable enterprise parameters are examined between the warehouse elements for the formation of the oilfilm and the distortions with the different pressure forces.
