Yüzey pürüzlülüğünün yağlama üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Pratikte genellikle yatak pürüzlülüğü milinkine göre daha büyük olduğundan, mil burada pürüzsüz, yatak ise pürüzlü olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, yüzey pürüzlülüğünün yatak performans değerlerini ne şekilde değiştirdiği incelenmiş, pürüzlülüğün artmasıyla basınç, yük ve yük açışının arttığı görülmüştür.Effects of Surface Roughness in Lubrication In practice, since the bearing surface roughness is generally greater than that of the shaff in this study the shaff is assumed to be smooth while the bearing is assumed to be rough. In this study, effect of surface roughress on the journal bearing performance has been investigated. It is observed that pressure, load and load angle are increasing with increasing surface roughness.
