Türkiye'nin chamaecytisus link türlerinin polen morfolojisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, dokuz Chamaecytisus Link türünün * C.eriocarpus, C.supirtus, C. Drepanolobus, C. anatolicus, C austriacus, C. pygmaeus ve Calbus). Chamaecytisus Lyric, polen tanelerini inceledi ve palinolojik özelliklerde benzerlikler gösterdi. Polen taneleri radyal simetrik, izopolar, tricolparat, subolat, oblat-sferoid ve üçgen şeklinde polardır. Heteromorfik polen taneleri (C.hirsutus BULU 1906) ve ayrıca iki örnek (C.hirsutus BULU 1984, C.pygmaeus ESSE 2513) buldum. şeklin normal polen tanelerinden farklı olduğunu bulduk. Ancak Chamaecytisus türlerinin palinolojik özellikleri ile taksonomik sorunları arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı.In this study, the morphology of pollen grains taken from' herbarium samples of nine of Chamaecytisus Link species* (C.hirsutus, C.wulfii, C.eriocarpus, C.supirtus, C.drepanolobus, C.anatolicus, C.austriacus, C.pygmaeus and Calbus) are investigated with a light microscope. Studied the pollen grains of Chamaecytisus Lirik show i similarity in their palynological features. The pollen grains are radial symmetrical, isopolar, tricolparat, subolat, oblat-spheroid and triangular in their polar appearance. Some of the taxa have been collected various localite in their samples ' I were found heteromorph pollen grains (C.hirsutus BULU 1906) and also there are two samples (C.hirsutus BULU 1984, C.pygmaeus ESSE 2513) were found which are different from normal pollen grains about shape. In the study the relationship between the palynological features of Chamaecytisus species and their taxonomic problems is also researched.
