Abstract
Soğuk hava depoculuğu, tarımsal pazarlamada önemli bir fonksiyondur. Son verilere göre Türkiye'de toplam kapasiteleri 696389'a ulaşan 915 soğuk hava deposu bulunmaktadır. İçinde Bursa'nın da yer aldığı Marmara Bölgesi 246265 tonluk depolama kapasitesiyle ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Bugün,Bursa'da faal durumda 51 soğuk hava deposu bulunup, bunların toplam kapasitesi 66105 ton civarındadır. Yapılan ekonomik analizler, bu işletmelerin bazı teknik ve ekonomik problemler nedeniyle düşük kapasitelerle çalıştıklarını ve kârlılık oranlarının da oldukça düşük olduğunu göstermiştir. Nitekim, işletmeler ortalamasında, işletmelerin ancak % 44,4'ü belirlenen başa-baş noktasının üzerinde bir kapasite ile faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmektedir. Ortalama karlılık oranı ise %0,52 gibi oldukça düşük bir düzeydedir.
Cold storage is an important function in the agricultural marketing system. According th the recent data there are about 915 cold storage plants in Turkey . Their total storage capacity has reached to almost 696389 tons . Marmara region where Bursa is located has the biggest share with its 246265 tons of storage capacity. Today, there are 51 cold storage plants with their capacity of 66105 tons in Bursa. Capacity usage and profitability level were determined to be rather low due to some technological and economic problems in the firms studied . However, the ratio of the firms which have used their capacities more than break- even point were only 44,4 %. The profitability ratio was also very low as 0,52 %.
