Abstract
Bu çalışmada ISO 9000 Kalite Kontrol Sisteminin tanımı ve genel yapısı hakkında bilgi verildi. İşletmede ISO 9000 çalışmaları esnasında meydana gelen sorunlar ve çözüm yöntemleri açıklandı. TSE hakkında kısa bir bilgi verildi. Kalite el kitabı hazırlandı. Hazırlık döneminde yapılan değişiklikler ve TSE ile kurulan dialoglar açıklandı. Ayrıca; ISO 9000 çalışmaları, KOSGEB'in aktiviteleri ve ISO 9000 ile ilgili eğitimler hakkında bilgi sunuldu. Şirkette ISO-9000 çalışmalarının avantajları ve sonuçlan hakkında bilgi sunuldu.
In this study, a background information about general structure of the ISO 9000 standard series and the meaning of the ISO 9000 Quality Control System was given. The methods for removing nonconformances or root causes, which may be seen at any organization, were explained during the ISO 9000 studies at the company. Also, a brief information about the Turkish Standardization Institute, TSI, was given. The Quality Handbook for the company was prepared. The organizational changes occurred during this preparation term and the dialogues constructed with the TSI were explained. In addition, a seminar about ISO 9000 studies, the activities of the KOSGEB, and the conferences related to ISO 9000 were given. Finally, the advantages of having ISO 9000 standard series and the results of applying the ISO 9000 were defined by the company.
