Gemlik (Bursa) ilçesi atmosferik polenleri üzerinde incelemeler

Abstract

Gemlik (Bursa) atmosferinde 1 Ocak–31 Aralık 2008 tarihleri arasında gravimetrik metot ile yapılan bu atmosferik polen çalışmasında, toplam polen miktarları ve polenlerin ait oldukları taksonlar belirlenmiştir. Toplamda 43 taksona ait polene rastlanmış olup bunlardan 26 tanesinin odunsu bitkilere, 17 tanesinin ise otsu bitkilere ait olduğu tespit edilmiştir. En yaygın olarak bulunan taksonlar sırasıyla Pinus spp. (% 22,14), Olea europaea L. (% 18,19), Gramineae (% 10,62), Platanus spp. (% 10,58), Cupressaceae / Taxaceae (% 10,19), Fagus spp. (% 6,09), Quercus spp. (% 5,33), Fraxinus spp. (% 2,41), Betula spp. (% 1,81), Xanthium spp. (% 1,53) ve Juglans spp. (% 1,35)’dir. Bu çalışma Gemlik (Bursa) ilçesinde yaşayan ve polen alerjisi olan hastaların tedavisinde hekimlere yardımcı olmak için ilçenin polen takvimini hazırlamak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.In this study the pollen quantity and belonging taxa of pollen grains has been determined by gravimteric method between of 1 January–31 December 2008 in the air of Gemlik (Bursa). Totally 43 taxa has been found out and 26 of them are arboreal, 17 of them are non arboreal plant’s pollens. The dominant taxa by order are; Pinus spp. (% 22,14), Olea europaea (% 18,19), Gramineae (% 10,62), Platanus spp. (% 10,58), Cupressaceae / Taxaceae (% 10,19), Fagus spp. (% 6,09), Quercus spp. (% 5,33), Fraxinus spp. (% 2,41), Betula spp. (% 1,81), Xanthium spp. (% 1,53) ve Juglans spp. (% 1,35). This data has done for to determine the pollen calender of Gemlik (Bursa) which will help the allergologists to improve the allergy patients.
