Abstract
Çalışma süresince her ay atmosferde polen tanesi tespit edilmiştir. 2018'de en yoğun polen tespit edilen ay yıllık polen sayısının %44,7’sinin görüldüğü Nisan ayı; 2019 yılında ise yıllık toplam polen sayısının %77’sinin görüldüğü Mayıs ayıdır.
Atmospheric pollen sampling was performed with Durham sampler in the atmosphere of Harmancık between January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2019. A total of 8696 pollen grains per cm2, belonging to 42 taxa, were detected at the end of the study. 24 of those taxa (84,3%) were found to be woody, while the number of herbaceous pollen types were 18 (15,49%). During the research, the most common taxa with polen in the atmosphere were Pinus sp. (63,50%), Poaceae (7,70%), Cupressaceae (7,27%), Quercus sp. (5,25%), Chenopodiaceae / Amaranthaceae (4,83%), Olea sp. (2,16%), Salix sp. (1,82%) respectively. Pollen grains were detected every month in the atmosphere during the study. In 2018, April was found to be the month which the most intense pollen was detected with a 44.7% of the annual pollen number, May was the month which had the most pollen ratio with a 77% of the total number of pollen.
