Bursa ve yakın çevresinin ornithogalum türleri üzerinde taksonomik incelemeler

Abstract

Bu araştırma 1988 yılında Bursa ve yakın çevresinden toplanan Ornithogalum L. türleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda araştırma bölgesinde 6 Ornithogalum L. türünün yayılış gösterdiği saptanmış olup şunlardır: 1- O. narbonanse L., 2- O. oligophyllum Clarke 3- O. montanum Cyr. 4- O. sigmoideum Freyn. 5- O. comosum L. 6- O. nutans L. Türlerin genel şekilleri, çiçek ve meyve şekilleri, önemli morfolojik karekterleri belirtilerek çizilmiş; karekteristik çiçek durumu, meyve ve tohum şekilleri karşılaştırmalı olarak bir arada verilmiştir. Anatomik çalışmalar, türlerin gövde ve yapraklarının orta bölgesinden alınan enine kesitlir ile üst ve alt yüzeylerden alman yüzeysel kesitlerle yapılmıştır. Spiderma ve stoma hücreleri sayılarak stoma indeksleri saptanmıştır.

This research has been performed on the Ornithogalum L. species which were collected from Bursa and its environment in the year 1988. At the end of the study done in the observation region the existense of 6 Qrnithogalum L. spreading have been determined: 1- O. narbonanse L. 2- O. olgophyllum Clarke 3- O.montanum Cyr. 4- O. sigmoideum Freyn. 5- O. comosum L. 6- O. nutans L. The general figures of species, flower and fruit fiures, are drawn, determining the morfological characters, characteristical flower position, fruit and seed figures are given together comparatively. Anatomic studies are performed by the breadth intersection taken from the leaves and trunks of the species and by the levelsurfaced intersection from up and down surfaced. Counting epiderma and stoma cells, the indexes of stoma is determined.
