Bursa piyasasında satılan polen preparatlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Bursa piyasasında satılan granül şeklindeki değişik yörelere ait 15 polen örneği toplanmıştır. Polen numunelerindeki granüller renk skalasına göre ayrılmış ve her renkten Wodehouse yöntemine göre, preparat hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan 456 preparattan 343 'i teşhis edilmiştir. 343 preparattan 19'u familya, l'i alt familya ve 49'u cins seviyesinde olmak üzere toplam 69 takson teşhis edilmiştir. Bu taksonların 52'si dominant olarak görülmüştür. Cistaceae, Papaveraceae, Cistus sp., Cruciferae ve Rosaceae taksonlarına ait polenler en fazla rastlanılan ve dominant olan taksonlardır.In this study, 15 pollen samples as granules that are sold in Bursa, which are obtained from different regions were used. Every granule in pollen samples are divided by color scale according to Wodehouse system and 456 preparates were prepared. From the preparates, 343 of them have been identified and divided into 19 family,l sub family and 49 genus (total 69 taxa). 52 of 69 taxa are dominant and pollens from Cistaceae, Papaveraceae, Cistus sp., Cruciferae and Rosaceae are the most common and dominant taxa.
