Romatoid artrit ve osteoartrozlu hastalarda serum immunglobulin düzeyleri

Abstract

Çalışma 14 romatoid artrit ve 12 osteoartrozlu hastada yapıldı. Serum lg G, lg M, lg A düzeylerine bakıldı. Romatoid artritli hastalarda lg G, lg M yüksek değerlerde, lg A lise normal değerlerde idi. Osteoartrozlu hastalarda ise serum lg G, lg M, lg A düzeyleri normal değerlerde saptandı.This study was performed on 14 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 12 patients with osteoarthrosis. Plasma levels of lg M, lg G had increased in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, but the level of lg A was normal. Plasma lg G, lg M, lg A were normal in patients with osteoarthrosis.
