dc.description.abstractBu makalede günümüz işletmeleri açısından büyük bir öneme sahip olan modern yönetim felsefesi ve çalışanların motivasyonu üzerindeki etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Teoriyi sağlam bir temele oturtabilmek amacıyla Bursa Organize Sanayi Bölgesindeki 15 irili ufaklı işletmede yönetim-yönetilen seviyesinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this article, emphasis is given upon modern management philosophy and its effects on employee motivation that have great importance in today's companies. To place our theory on a concrete basis, a research was conducted at management-employee level at 15 different-sized companies operating in the Organized Industrial District of Bursa.en_US
