Anorektum ve sigmada malign melanom

Abstract

Anorektum ve sigmada lokalize iki malign melanom olgusunu klinik ve patolojik bulgularıyla tanımladık. Hastalık nadirdir, fakat hastaların prognozu kötüdür. Histolojik olarak neoplastik hücreler sıklıkla diğer kanserlere benzer. Tedavi, yeterli radikal cerrahidir.We have described the clinicopathologic findings of two cases of malignant melanoma of the anorectum and sigmoid colon. The disease is rare, the prognosis for patients is poor. Histologically, the neoplastic cells often mimic other cancers. Treatment is radical surgery.
