Tinnitus'un odyometrik tetkikinde taranması gereken bir frekans: 6 KHz

Abstract

Tinnitus KBB hekimliğinde oldukça sık rastlanan ve giderilmesi kolay olmayan yakınmalardan birisidir. Bu çalışmamızda, tinnitus nedeniyle başvuran olgularda odyometrik yöntemlerle tinnitus 'un frekansı ve şiddeti saptanmıştır. Bunların içinde 6 KHz. frekansındaki tinnitus'ların yoğun bir grup oluşturduğu ve bu olgularda, aynı frekansda ve şiddette bir işitme kaybı bulunduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.Tinnitus is one of the frequent and obstinate complaints in the ENT area. In this work , done on patients complaining of tinnitus, the frequency and amplitude of their tinnitus is determined by audiome trial methods. It stated that, the tinnitus cases of 6 KHz. frequency forms a dense group among this, and there exists a hearing loss of same frequency and magnitude in those cases.
