Döl tutmayan ineklerde leptospirosis'in seroprevalansı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada döl tutmayan 75 ineğe ait serum örnekleri Mikroskobik Aglütinasyon Test (MAT) ile Leptospira pomona, L. canicola,L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, ve L. hebdomadis antikorları yönünden incelendi. MAT için 1/100 ve yukarı titreler pozitif kabul edildi. incelenen örneklerin 1 'i L. hardjo, 21 'i L. hebdomas ile pozitif reaksiyon verdi. Pozitif örneklerin 3'ü 1/100, 4'ü 1/200, 4'ü 1 /400, 9'u 1/800 ve 2'si 1 /1600 titreye sahipti.In this study, serum samples from 75 repeat breeder cows were examined by the Microscopic Agglutination Test (MAT) for Leptospira pomona, L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. grippotyphosa,L. hardjo and L. hebdomadis antibodies. A titer of 1/100 or more was considered positive forMAT. Of the samples examined, 1 was positive against L. hardjo, 21 were positive against L. hebdomadis. Of the positive samples, 3 had titer of 1/100,4 had titer of 1/200, 4 had titer of 1/400, 9 had titer of 1/800, 2 had titer of 1/1600.
