Abstract
Uterusun büyük olduğu Mol Hydatidiform olgularında boşaltılmadan sonra nadiren akut solunum yetmezliği gelişebilir. Bu yazıda Reanimasyon Ünitesinde yapay solunum uygulanarak tedavi edilen böyle bir olgu sunulmuştur.
Acute respiratory insufficiency can rarely develop after the evacuation of Mole Hydatidiform in the cases with large-sized uteri. In this paper, such a case who was treated in the intensive care unit by means of artificial respiration is presented.
