| dc.description.abstract | Yüksek standartta bir spor eğitimi, nitelikli yetiştiriciler ile güçlü ve yetenekli sporculara gereksinim duyar. Araştırmacıların ortaya çıkardığı tüm verileri değerlendiren ve sporcularına yüksek standartta eğitimi vermeye çalışan antrenörler önemli konumdadır. Başarılı antrenörler genellikle dengeli, kendine hakim, sosyal bir kişiliğe sahiptirler. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Bursa ili voleybol antrenörlerinin sosyal tercihlerini ve mesleki yapılarını tespit ederek, bir eğitimcide bulunması gereken davranışları gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek, antrenörlerin işlevsel sorunlarını, mesleki beklentilerini ortaya koyarak ilgililere mesajlar ve öneriler sunmaktır. Araştırmamıza 109 erkek, 21 bayan voleybol antrenörü katılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS paket programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları %, frekans ve ki kare aracılığıyla tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamıza katılan antrenörlerin öğrenim durumlarına bakıldığında % 76’sı üniversite mezunudur. Yine antrenörlerin % 61,5’i antrenörlüğü yan çalışma alanı olarak yapmaktadırlar. Antrenörlüğü özel çaba gerektiren bir meslek olarak gören antrenörler, bu mesleği yapmaktan memnun olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Çalışma koşullarını önemli sorun olarak gören antrenörler, meslektaşlarıyla bazen çatışma yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Sporcuların eğitiminin niteliğini geliştirmek, antrenörlerin niteliğini geliştirmekle eşanlamlıdır. Antrenörün niteliği sporcunun, sporcunun niteliği, ülke sporunun niteliğinin yükselmesinde temel unsurlardır. Antrenörlerin hangi niteliklere sahip olması gerektiği konusundaki çalışmaların çoğalarak devam etmesi ve yapılan araştırmaların sonuçlarına göre, antrenör yetiştiren kurumlarda ve kademe eğitimlerinde öğrenim görenlerin yönlendirilerek, antrenör olacakların niteliklerinin bu ilkeler ve özellikler çerçevesinde yükseltilmesi ülke sporunun geleceği açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | A sports education with a high standard requires qualified trainers and skillful sportsmen. The trainers who evaluate all the data produced by researchers and aim to give their students high standard education have important positions. Successful trainers generally have personalities that make them balanced, self-possessed and outgoing people. This study aims to determine the social preferences and professional qualities of the volleyball trainers in Bursa, find whether they act in the way an educator is supposed to do and, disclosing the trainers’ professional problems and expectations, give messages and suggestions to the authorized people. 109 male and 21 female volleyball trainers participated in our study. The data collected in the study were analyzed with SPSS program. The analyses results were evaluated by means of %, frequency and q-square. 76% of the participant trainers were university graduates. 61,5% of them were doing coaching as their supplementary work. They declared that they consider being a trainer a job requiring special concentration and effort and they are happy to do it. They see the working conditions as an important problem and they indicated they sometimes have conflicts with their colleagues. Improving the quality of sportsmen education is synonymous with improving the trainer qualities. While trainer quality is the main factor in enhancing a sportsman’s quality, sportsman quality has the same function in raising a country’s quality in sports. It is very important in terms of the future of the sports in the country to carry out studies on the issue of what qualities trainers have to have and according to the results obtained and principles determined, direct the students in the trainer education institutions to a way at the end of which they could be qualified trainers. | en_US |
