| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamız hastanemiz acil servisine başvuran hastaların klinik özelliklerine göre ideal acil servis tasarımının ve ihtiyaç duyulan uygun bakım alanlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır Çalışmaya 12550 hasta alındı. Hastaların yaş, cinsiyet, başvuru şikayeti, triaj kategorileri, yandaş hastalıklar, konsültasyonlar, tanılar ve sonuçlanma şekilleri değerlendirildi. Çalışmamız sonucunda acil servisimizin toplam 150 m²lik 6 yataklı resüsitasyon odasına, 180 m²’lik triaj ve resepsiyon alanına, 1 adet dekontaminasyon odasına, 25 adet hızı bakı birimine, 25 m²’lik 2 tane izolasyon odasına, 16 m²‘lik psikiatri odasına, her biri 16 m² olacak şekilde KBB/ Göz odası, jinekoloji odası gibi özel odalara, 10 adet tek kişilik odaya, 20 m²’lik bir adet alçı odası ve 20 m²’lik bir adet girişim odasına, 12 m²’lik konsültasyon odasına, her biri en az 12 m² olan ve az 45 tanesi monitörlü 90 adet tedavi alanına ve 10 m²’lik çalışan istasyonuna ihtiyaç duyulduğu saptandı. Bu bilgiler doğrultusunda yıllık 100.000 hasta başvurusu için acil servisimizin toplam 5000 m²’lik bir alana ihtiyacı olduğu belirlendi. Acil servislerin daha iyi hizmet verebilmesi için her hastane kendi fiziki şartları, bütçe ve ihtiyaçlarını göz önüne alarak kılavuzlar ışığında kendisine en uygun acil servisi planlamalıdır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Our study was aimed to determine the required appropriate care area and emergency department ideal design according to patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital. 12550 patients were enrolled in the study. Patients' age, gender, chief complaint, triage category, concomitant diseases, consultations, diagnoses and result forms were evaluated. In conclusion, we found that our hospital’s emergengy department needs; 150 m² 6-bed resuscitation room, 180 m² triage and reception area, 1 decontamination room, 25 fast track area, 2 isolation rooms each of which is 25 m², 16 m² psychiatic patient room, special rooms each of which is 16 m² like ophthalmology/ENT and gynecology room, 10 single rooms, 20 m² plaster room, 20 m² procedure room, 12 m² consultation room, 90 treatment areas each of which is 12 m² and at least 45 areas have physiological monitoring and 10 m² staff station. Based on this information total 5000 m² area needs to be determined for an annual of 100,000 patients admitted to the emergency department. In order to provide better services of the emergency departments, each hospital should plan the most appropriate department by considering physical conditions, budget and needs in the light of guidelines. | en_US |
