Abstract
Vaginal agenesis sanıldığından daha sık karşılaşılan bir konjenital malformasyondur. Onarımında değişik yöntemler uygulana gelmiştir. Bu yazıda güncel bir yöntem olan grasilis kas deri flebi ile rekonstrüksiyon uyguladığımız iki olgu bildirilmiş, konuya ilişkin kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir. Olgulardan elde edilen sonuçlar ve literatür verilerinin ışığı altında uyguladığımız yöntem umut verici olmuştur.
Congenital vaginal agenesis is not as rare as it is thought. Several surgical procedures have been applied for vaginal reconstruction. In this paper two cases of vaginal agenesis operated on using gracilis myocutaneous flaps have been presented and the concerning literature have been reviewed. The results obtained on those cases and the literature data show the technique to be hopeful.
