Tek akciğer anestezisinde Halothane ve Methoxyfurane’ in katekolamin düzeyine etkileri

Abstract

Tek akciğer anestezisi sırasında Halothane uygulanan 15 hasta, Methoxyflurane uygulanan 15 hastada ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası katekolamin düzeyleri Burn-Field yöntemine göre saptandı. Ameliyat sonrası değerleri Halothane grubunda anlamlı bir yükselme, Methoxyflurane grubunda ise anlamlı bir düşme göstermiştir. Hafif plan anestezisinin; hiperkapninin neden olduğu katekolamin artışını dengelediğine inanmaktayız. Sonuç olarak, tek akciğer anestezisinde hafif plan Methoxyflurane anestezisinin Halothane anestezisine oranla daha uygun olacağı kanısındayız.

During one-lung anesthesia (OLV), preoperative and postoperative catecholamine levels according to Burn-Field method were determined in 15 patients who have been inspired Halothane and in 15 patients who have been inspired methoxyflurane. Postoperative catecholamine levels are raised significantly in Halothane group, but are decreased significantly in Methoxyflurane group. We believed that light plan anesthesia ,is a balance to rise of catecholamine which result from hypercapnia. Consequently, during one-lung anesthesia, the light plan of Methoxyflurane anesthesia should be preferred than Halothane anesthesia.
