Yassı epitel hücreli akciğer kanserli bir hastada görülen paraneoplastik limbik ensefalopati

Abstract

Nörolojik Paraneoplastik Sendromlar malignitelerde görülebilen sendromlardır. Bunlar içerisinde de limbik ensefalopati nadir görülen e genellikle küçük hücreli akciğer kanserine eşlik eden bir durumdur. Yassı epitel hücreli akciğer kanserinde limbik ensefalopati gözlenmesi alışılmış değildir. Bu nedenle yassı epitel hücreli akciğer kanseri talimat ile takip edilen bir hastada yada gözlendiği bu nörolojik paraneoplastik sendrom olgusunu takdim etmeyi ve konuyla ilgili literatür bilgilerini gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.

Paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes are rare disorders observed through the course of cancers. Among them lambic encephalop is a syndrome which is also very rare and usually seen in association with small eel lung cancer. lt is not at asu and finding lo observe limbic encephalopathy in squamous cell lung carcinoma. In this case report we aimed to present this rare neurologic paraneoplastic dye associated with squamous cell carcinoma and revielt' the literature.
