dc.description.abstractOniki yıllık sürede Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Kliniğinde 72 olguya Akut Lenfositik Lösemi (ALL) tanısı kondu. indüksiyon tedavisi uygulanabilen 54 olgudan 51'inde tam remisyon elde edildi (% 94.4). Bu olgulardan 44'üne tedavi protokolümüz eksiksiz uygulandı. İdame tedavisi olarak Methotrexate ve 6-Merkaptopurin uygulanan 8 olgudan 1 'inde tedavi sonlandırıldı ve bu hasta 66 aydır izlenmektedir. Methotrexate ve 6-Mercaptopurine ilave olarak 3 ay ara ile Vincristine ve Prednisolon verilen 25 olgudan 3 'ünde uzun süreli yaşam elde edildi ve bu hastalar 38-44 aydır izlenmektedir. Bu son gruptan 15 olgumuz komplikasyonsuz olarak ilk remisyonlarında median 15 aydır izlenmekte ve tedavileri devam etmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWithin the last 12 years 72 acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) cases were diagnosed in the Department of Pediatrics of Uludağ University Medical Faculty. Complete remission achieved in 51 of 54 cases who could be given induction treatment (94.4 %). Forty-four of these 51 cases could be given maintenance treatment. Prolonged survival obtained in 4 cases. One of them was in the group of 8 patients who were methotrexate and 6-mercaptopurine as maintenance therapy. The other 3 were in the group of 25 cases who were given 3 monthly pulses of Vincristine and Prednisolone in addition to the above -mentioned maintenance regimen. Another 15 cases from the last group are in their initial remission for the median duration of 15 months. Isolated meningeal leukemia.en_US
