dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Yalova ilinde yetiştirilen kesme çiçeklerdeki kök ve kökboğazı fungal hastalık etmenlerini saptamak amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Sürvey alanları Yalova ilinin Laledere, Elmalık Yolu ve Koruköy bölgeleridir. Hastalık belirtisi gösteren değişik kesme çiçek bitkilerinden elde edilen funguslardan en yaygın izole edilenlerin Fusarium spp. ve Rhizoctonia spp. olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen 49 adet Fusarium spp. izolatının patojenisitesi Tempo çeşidi karanfillerde test edilmiştir. Test edilen izolatlardan 15 tanesi (% 30.61) % 50’nin üzerinde hastalık şiddeti oluşturmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the root and crown rot fungal disease pathogens of cut flowers grown in Yalova. The survey areas were Laledere, Elmalık Yolu and Koruköy. Among the fungi obtained from various cut flowers that have disease symptoms, Fusarium spp. and Rhizoctonia spp. were found to be the most frequently isolated fungi. The pathogenicity of 49 Fusarium spp. isolates obtained during this study was tested on cv. Tempo carnations. Fifteen isolates showed a pathogenicty above 50 %.en_US
