Kronik çok ilerlemiş aktif akciğer tüberkülozlu olgularda kan serumunda lgA ortalama düzeyinin kantitatif değişiklikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda, 12 si normal, 43 ü Kronik Çok ilerlemiş Aktif Akciğer Tüberkülozu tanısı alan toplam 55 olguda kan serumunda (lgA) lmmünoglobulin A seviyeleri araştırıldı. Aldıkları tüberkülostatik ilaçlara göre üç gruba ayrılan Kronik Çok ilerlemiş Aktif Akciğer Tüberkülozlu olguların kan serumu IgA seviyeleri birbirleri ve normal olguların kan serumu lgA seviyeleri mukayese edildi. Tüberkülozlu olgularda Kan Serumu IgA seviyeleri normal olgulara nazaran daha yüksek seviyelerde saptandı.

In this study, serum immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels are researched in 55 cases of which 12 cases were normal and 43 cases were diagnosed as having chronic, advanced, active lung tuberculosis. Serum IgA levels of chronic, advenced lung tuberculosis cases which were grouped into three, according to the tuberculostatic drugs that they were taking, are compared with each other and with the serum IgA levels of normal cases. Serum IgA levels of tuberculosis cases were found to have higher levels compared to the lgA levels of normal cases.
