dc.description.abstractSezarien ameliyatı ile doğan bebeklerin ilk 5 dakikadaki Apgar değerleri ile, göbek kordonundan kros klemp konularak alınan arteriyel kan gazları (pH, P02 , PC02 ) değerleri araştırıldı. 17 anneye genel anestezi (Thiopental Sodium, Süksinilkolin-entübasyon ve N20/02 ) 2 annede Epidural (% 2 'lik Lidokain 25 cc.) analjezi uygulandı. Apgarı yüksek, canlı bebeklerde pH 7,23'ün üstünde ve yüksek P02 bulundu. İndüksiyonda annenin sistolik arter basıncında ani ve büyük düşmeler, bebek P02'nda da düşmeye neden oldu.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractNewborn arterial blood gas values (pH, P02 , PC02 ) and Apgar scores within 5 minutes were evaluated in 19 infants delivered by Cesarean Section. Arterial blood samples were obtained from umbilical arteries. Seventeen mothers were anesthetized with a thiobarbiturate -nitrous oxide-succinylcholine anesthesia and two with epidural block using two percent lidocaine. High partial oxygen values and pH over 7,23 were found in vigorous babies which have highest Apgar scores. Fetal partial oxygen tension was decreased with serious maternal hypotension following anesthesia induction.en_US
