Abstract
İshalli buzağılarda kanda meydana gelen değişimleri incelemek için yapılan bu çalışmadan 15 adet normal (1-30 günlük) ve 24 adet ishalli (septicemia neonatorum enterit formunda) buzağı materyal olarak kullanıldı. Klinik bulgulara göre hastalar hafifçe şiddetli dehidre olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Kanda hematokrit, sedimentasyon (1, 2 ve 24 saatlik), total leucocyte, erythrocyte ve plazmada üre miktarı tayin edilmiştir. Kontrol hafif ve şiddetli grupta sırasıyla elde edilen değerler, hematokrit % 36; 31.2; 42.28; sedimentasyon 1. saat 3.5; 5.0 ve 1.64 mm, 2. saatte 8.16; 10.1 ve 4.2 mm., 24 saatte 58.25; 63.3 ve 41.64 mm.; total leucocyte 7492, 10600 ve 15142/mm3, erythrocyte 6.17.10⁶; 5,288.10⁶ ve 7,23.x10⁶ /mm³, plazma üre % 23.15; 42.34 ve 57.14 mg olarak bulunmuştur. Kontrol ile hafif dehidre buzağılar karşılaştılaştırıldıklarında hematokrit ve üre farklılığı P ≤ 0.05, erythrocyte P ≤ 0.005 düzeyinde önem gösterirken kontrol ile şiddetli dehidrasyona sahip buzağılarda değerler arasında hematokritde P ≤ 0.05, sedimentasyon 1. saatte P ≤ 0.01, 2. saatte P ≤ 0.001, 24. saatte P ≤ 0.001, total leucocytede P ≤ 0.05, erythrocyte P ≤ 0.005 ve plazma üre değerleri arasında P ≤ 0.001 düzeyinde istatistiksel önem bulunmuştur.
This study has been done to determine the blood parameter changes of the calves with enteritis. For this purpose 15 healthy calves (1-30 days old) and 24 calves with enteritis were used as research materials, sick animals were divided into two groups based on the degree of dehidration as low and severe. Blood hematocrit, sedimentation ( 1., 2. and 24. hours), total leucocyte, erythrocyte and plasma urea levels were determined.
