Abstract

Ultrasonik plasenta lokalizasyonunun güvenilirlik derecesini saptamak amacıyla 72 gebede bu yöntemle tespit edilen plasentanın yapışma yeri, doğumdan sonra daha somut yöntemlerle kontrol edildi. Yani, Sezaryen abdominal yapılan 12 gebede gözle, vajinal doğum yapan 60 hastada elle uterus boşluğuna girilerek plasenta yapışma yeri saptandı. Ultrasonik placenta lokalizasyon 4 vakada (% 5. 7) yanlış sonuç verdi. Bu arada, plasenta lokalizasyonunun önemi ve bu hususta kullanılan diğer yöntemler tartışıldı.In onder to check the reliability of ultrasonic placental localization placental sides were the dermi ned in 72 pregnancy before and after birth by echo-ultrasonography and more objective methods, namely by visual inspection in 12 cases who were undergone Se zarien see tion and b y intrauterine manual examination in the remaining 60 cas es. It was found that placenta localizations were incorrect only in 4 cases (5. 7 %). This study confirms that the ultrasonic method is safe and reliable. In this paper, the other methods for placental localization were also discussed.
