dc.description.abstractUludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Deney Hayvanları Merkezinde Mezenterik iskemide ortaya çıkan serum değerindeki değişiklikleri incelemek amacıyla, Swiss-Albino tipi sıçanlarda eksperimental olarak a. mezenterika superior ligasyonu uygulandı. Kontrol grubu, 1. saat, 2. saat, 4. saat ve 6. saat olmak üzere 5 grup denek oluşturdu. Her grupta 10 sıçan üzerinde çalışıldı. Deneklerin renal arterlerinden alman kanda Üre, Kreatinin, Ürik Asit, Alkalen Fosfataz, Fosfor, Amilaz, SGOT, SGPT, LDH ve CPK değerleri ölçüldü zamanda alınan ince barsak piyeslerinde de histopatolojik değerlendirme yapıldı. A. mezenterika superior oklüzyonu yapılan sıçanlarda, ligasyonu takip eden saatlerde üresinde belirgin bir artış olduğu saptanmıştır. Ürik asit değerinin mezenter arter ligasyonunu takip eden ilk 2 saat içerisinde yüksek seviyeye çıkıp, daha sonraki saatlerde aynı düzeyde kalması, erken dönemdeki bir iskeminin tanısı için önem taşıyabilir. Alkalen fosfataz, Fosfor, LDH ve CPK serum değerleri arteria mezenterika superior un ligasyanun takip eden saatler içerisinde çok belirgin artış göstermişlerdir. Bu artış istatistiki olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Yapılan histopatolojik incelemelerde barsak duvarındaki nekrozun mukozadan başlayarak ilerlediği ilk 6 saat içerisinde barsak duvarında nekroza bağlı bir perforasyon gelişmediği saptandı. Bu açıdan yukarıda bahsedilen serum değerlerinin, mezenterik iskeminin erken dönemi olarak sayabileceğimiz nekrozun bağırsağın tam katlarını içemediği bir saftı ada belirgin olarak yükselmesi göz ardı edilemeyecek bir alarm işaretidir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractArteria Mesenterica Superior ligation was performed to the Swiss-Albino type rats to investigate the ischemic changes of the blood parameters of acute mesenteric ischemia, at the Uludağ University Animal Laboratories. Rats were divided into 5 groups as Group 1: Control, Group 2: 1 hour, Group 3: 2 hours, Group 4: 4 hours, Group 5: 6 hours mesenteric arterial ligation. In each group there were 10 rats. The levels of urea, creatinine uric acid, alkaline phosphatase, phosphorus, amilase, SGOT, SGPT, LDH and CPK were measured in the blood obtained from the left renal artery. At the same time the small intestinal specimens were sent to histopathologic examination. The rats whose mesenteric arteries were ligated, it was found that urea levels are elevated gradually in all groups. The uric acid level rises in the first 2 hours and nearly keeps the same level in all groups. This may be valuable in the early diagnosis of mesenteric ischemia. Alkaline phosphatase, phosphonıs, LDH and CPK blood levels elevated to statistically significant value in all groups of the mesenteric arterial ligation. Histopathologic examinations showed that there was no perforation of the intestinal wall because of the ischemic necrosis wlıich starts from the mucosa and develops through the wall in 6 hours. In this manner the blood levels of the above parameters may be alarming in the detection of acute mesenteric ischemia in the period of necrosis before it is going to cover the total layers of intestinal wall.en_US
