dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, insülinin periferide total keton cisimleri ütilizasyonu üzerine olan tesirini araştırmak gayesi ile 15 normal ve 12 diabetik şahısta yapılmıştır. Bu maksatla hastaların ön kol kan akımı da ölçülerek, brakial arterlerine pompa ile sabit bir süratle insülin perfüze edilmiş ve vena sefalikadan alınan kan numuneleri ile, diğer kol arterinden alınan kan numuneleri arasındaki total keton cisimleri farkından ve ölçülen ön kol kan akımından net total keton cisimleri ütilizasyonu hesaplanmıştır. Netice olarak insülinin normal ve diabetik şahısların ön kolunda total keton cisimleri ütilizasyonunu anlamlı bir şekilde arttırdığı tesbit edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the influence of insulin on periferic total ketone bodies utilisation is investigated on 27 persons, 12 diabetic and 15 normal. In all of them, the forearme blood flow and the differences between the total keton bodies in artery and vein were measued, before and after constant insulin perfusion (100 mu/min) which was given through brachial artery. It is found that by the insulin perfusion, the total keton bodies utilisation in the forearme of normal and diabetic persons was significantly increased.en_US
