Abstract
Her canlı hücrenin ve bu hücrelerin meydana getirdiği dokuların bir ömrü vardır. Tümör dokusunu oluşturan hücrelerin belli generasyonlarda çoğalabileceği ve sonradan bu dokunun yaşama periyodunun azalarak duracağı doğaldır. Bu çalışma: Düşük insidanslı spantan tümörlerden "Diferansiye Adenakarsinam "un; transplantasyonu ile insidansının artırılabileceğini, oluşan tümör yumrularındaki hücrelerin çoğalma piglerini, istirahat fazlarını, belli bir generasyondan sonra çoğalamadıklarını ayrıca anti-türnöral aşı elde etme yöntemi ile etkisini deneysel olarak belirtmektedir.
All living cells, either normal or tumoral, do have a certain life-period. In the present study, tumor cells of differentiated adenocarcinoma which spontaneously occurs rarely in mice were transplanted to mice and made a serial passage. Growth characteristics (a percentage of living graft, growing rate and peaks, interphase, ete) were determined in each generation of cells in the grafts and were compared with each other. The effects of anti-tumor vaccines on such characteristics of grafts were also determined. There were differences in living and growing abilites between various generations of tumoral cells in the transplantes.
