| dc.description.abstract | Ksantogranülomatöz kolesistitis iltihabi safra keselerinde tümör şeklinde bir kütle oluşturabilen az rastlanan bir lezyondur. Lezyonlar makroskopik olarak genellikle yumuşak, sarıdan kahverengiye kadar değişen renklerde ve 2,5 cm 'ye varan büyüklüktedir. Mikroskopik olarak değişen oranda iltihap, ksantoma benzeri köpük hücreleri ve bağ dokusu artışı vardır. Lezyonlar Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuslerinin yırtılmasıyla safranın duvara sızması sonucunda oluşan ksantogranülomatöz reaksiyondur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis is an uncommon lesion which may form a tumour-like mass in inflamed gallbladders. A few cases have been mistaken for neoplasm. Grossly the lesion are usually soft, are yellow lo brown, and measure upto 2,5 cm. Microscopically, there are varying amounts of inflammation, xanthoma like foam cells, and scarring. The lesions appear to result from ruptured Rokitansky· Aschoff sinuses with intramural extravasation of bile and subsequent xanthogranulomatous reaction. | en_US |
