Abstract
Korioamnionitis tanısı zor olan zamanında teşhis ve tedavi edilmesi gereken önemli bir antitezidir. Gerek fetal, gerek maternal mortalite ve morbidite üzerine önemli etken olan bu hastalıktan C-Reaktif protein değerleri (CRP) ile histopatolojik ve klinik bulgular arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırdık. Araştırma grubumuzda klinik olarak korioamnionitis tanısı konulan 13 olgudan 8 'inde histopatolojik olarak korioamnionitis saptadık. Korioamnionitis CRP değerlerindeki artışın histopatolojik bulgular kadar anlamlı olduğu sonucuna vardık.
Chorioamnionitis is an important antity, where the diagnosis is difficult and there is necessity in early diagnosis and therapy. Since this disease has an important effect on fetal and maternal morbidity and mortality we searched the relation between C-Reactive protein values and histopathological and clinical findings. Our research group of 13 patients, 8 patients, revealed chorioamnionitis histopathologically. We therefore concluded that the rise in CRP values in chorioamnionitis are as meaningful as histopathological findings.
