Azotlu gübrelerin domates bitkisinin bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Bursa yöresinde yaygın olarak yetiştiriciliği yapılan Rio-Grande sanayi tipi domates çeşidine 4 farklı azot kaynaklı gübre, 4 farklı dozda verilerek domatesin bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklerine el kileri 2 farklı yılda araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak uygulanan gübre çeşit ve dozlarının domatesin fiziksel özelliklerine istatistiksel olarak önemsiz bir etki gösterdiği ancak bazı kimyasal özellikleri üzerine ise % 1 düzeyinde önemli olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca gübre çeşit ve dozunun domatesteki nitrat birikiminde etkin rol oynadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this study, fertilizers with 4 different nitrogen sources were applied at 4 different doses on processing tomato cv. Rio Grande which is widely grown in Bursa region and their effects on some physical and chemical characteristics of tomato were investigated in two different years. As a result, it was understood that the applied types and doses of fertilizers had an insignificant effect on the physical characteristics of tomato, but the effects on some chemical characteristics were significant at 1 % level. Moreover, types and doses of fertilizers were determined to play and efficient role on the nitrate accumulation in tomato.
