Abstract
Bir piyasa ekonomisinde toplumsal refahın optimizasyonu malların fiyatlarını, marjinal maliyetlerine eşitleyen koşulların gerçekleşmesine bağlıdır. Fiyatların marjinal maliyetlere eşitlenmesinin temel koşullarından birisi de, piyasada dışsallıkların mevcut olmamasıdır. Ancak günümüzde birçok faaliyette dışsallıklara rastlamamız olasıdır. Çevre kirlenmesi de topluma önemli maliyetler yükleyen olumsuz dışsallıkların tipik bir örneğidir. Bu nedenle çevre kirlenmesi olgusu, toplumsal refahta kayba yol açan önemli bir etkendir. Bu makalede, çevre kirlenmesinin toplumsal refah ta yarattığı olumsuz etkiyi bir örnek yardımıyla açıklamaya çalışacağız.
In a market economy, the optimization of social welfare depends on realization of equalizer conditions to the prices and marginal costs of goods. One of the main conditions of equality of prices and marginal costs of goods is not to be externalities in the market. But, in our century, we can meet externatilies in a lot of activities. Environmental pollution is also a typical example of externalities charge community with important costs. For this reason, environmental pollution fact is an important factor causes loss in the social welfare. In this article, we will try to explaine negative action of environmental pollution on the social welfare with an example.
