dc.description.abstractBu çalışma kimlik gelişimi ve psikolojik ayrılma olgularının meslek gelişimiyle ilgisini belirginleştirerek kadınların meslek seçimi sürecindeki bu önemli etkenlere dikkat çekmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kimlik gelişimi ve psikolojik ayrılma birbiriyle bağıntılı iki gelişim görevidir ve kesinlikle anne baba ilişkisiyle biçimlenir. Daha da ötesi kız çocuklarının anneleriyle ilişkileri bu süreçler yoluyla onun meslek seçimini belirleyecektir. Bu nedenle danışmanlar kız öğrencilere meslek tercihleri konusunda yardım ederken bu dinamiklere duyarlı davranmalıdır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study is intended to clarify the ejfects of identity development and, psychological separation career development. The purpose is to take attention to these factors as related to the career development of women. Identity development and psychological separation are two interrelated developmental tasks and this development are absolutely formed by means of parental relationships. The relationships of girls with their mothers will determine their career devolopment and aspirations. As a result counselors must be sensitive to these variables while they are trying to help girls who are making their career decisions.en_US
