dc.description.abstractBlood, samples of anesthetized dancing bears (16 animals) brought into the wildlife research centre of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for rehabilitation were analysed for red and white blood cell counts, hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rates.(ESR) Respective values for RBC, WBC, Hb, PCV, and ESR were 7. 266 x 10 6/mm3 , 9.137 x 10 3/mm3, 16.0 g/100 ml, 44.0 %, and 19 mm/1 hr at 45°. Except ESR, other figures seemed to be in the limits of reference values.en_US
dc.description.abstractFakültemiz vahşi yaşam araştırma merkezine rehabilitasyon için getirilen dansçı ayılardan (16 hayvan) anestezi altında alınan kan örnekleri alyuvar, akyuvar, hemoglobin (Hb), hematokrit ve alyuvar çökmesi (sedimentasyon) yönlerinden incelenmiştir. Ortalama alyuvar 7.266 x 10 6/mm3 , akyuvar 9.137 x 10 3/mm3 , Hb 16.0 g/100 ml, hematokrit % 44.0, alyuvar çökmesi 19 mm (1 saat 45° eğik) olarak bulunmuştur. Alyuvar çökmesi hariç, diğer değerler bildirilerle benzerlik göstermektedir.tr_TR
