Deprem sonrasında yapı taşıyıcı sistemlerinde eğitim- denetim ilişkisi ve önemi

Abstract

After the earthquakes happened on August 17 and October 12 in our country, faults and deficiencies on construction have come out and in consequence of this, serious amount of losses have been resulted in. One of the reason of this result is Lack of inspection on construction. Lack of education is also brought out that the inspection can not be carried out entirely. Development of active inspection system on building production is an inevitable.

Ülkemizde yaşnan 17 Ağustos ve 12 Kasım Depremleri sonrasında yapılaşmadaki Hatalar ve eksiklikler ortaya çıkmış ve büyük bir kayba yol açmıştır. Bu sonucun nedenlerinden biri de yapılaşmada denetim eksikliğidir. Eğitim yetersizliği de denetimin tam anlamıyla yapılamamasının beraberinde getirmektedir. Yapı üretiminde etkili bir denetim sisteminin geliştirilmesi kaçınılmazdır.
