| dc.description.abstract | Serebral Palsi (SP), progresyon göstermeyen, sıklıkla erken bebeklik çağında görülen spastisite veya paralizi ile karakterize bir durumdur. 1861 yılında ilk olarak tanımlayan Little 'dan bu yana etyolojisi konusunda çeşitli görüşler öne sürülmüştür. Bunların içinde fazla suçlanan, obstetrik faktörlerdir. Gelişen teknolojisi, perinatal ve neonatal bakım bu hastalığın giderek azalması gerektiğini düşündürmektedir. Ancak son 10 yılda yapılan çalışmalar SP insidansının azalmadığını göstermektedir. Bu nedenle SP etyolojisi konusunda daha çok araştırma yapılması gerekmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Cerebral Palsy (CP) isa nonprogressive condition which is frequently seen in the early childhood and characterized by spasticity or flaccidity. Since it is defined by Little in 1861 too many risk factors are claimed and obstetrical factors have taken much more attention than the others. It has been thought that as the growing technology and more efficient perinatal and neonatal care is achieved widely the incidence of the CP will be lopered. Unfortunately recent statistical studies showed that the incidence of CP isn't going down. Because of these there should be much work has to be done in order to solve the etiologic factors of CP. | en_US |
