Abstract
Bu makalede her iki bacakta kuvvetsizlik ve uyuşukluk olan bir hasta takdim edildi. Myelografide L 3'de tam blok gösterdi. Ameliyatta kauda ekuina liflerinde şişme ve yumaklaşma görüldü. Dekompressif laminektomiyi takiben hastada belirgin iyileşme oldu.
In this paper, we presented a patient with numbness and weakness of both legs. A myelography showed a complete block at L 3. At operation, a peculiar swelling and looping of the cauda equina fibres were seen. Decompressive laminectomy was followed by a marked degree of recovery.
