Abstract
Timpanoplasti ameliyatindan sodyum nitroprussid (SNP) kullanmaktaki amacımız, greftin yerleştirilmesi sırasında ameliyat sahasındaki kan sızıntılarını engelleyerek operatöre mümkün olan en uygun çalışma ortamını sağlamak ve girişimin süresini kısaltmaktı. Greftin yerleştirilmesi esnasında sodyum nitroprussid ile sağladığımız kontrollü hipotansiyon sayesinde zamandan ortalama % 54 tasarruf ettik. Sistolik kan basıncı (SKB) 50-70 mmHg. arasında olduğunda greftin yerleştirilmesi için optimal bir ortam sağlandığını gördük.
In the present study, sodium nitroprusside (SNP) has been used for tympanoplasty procedure when performing the greft. Our first purpose was to protect the hemorrhage into the operating field, the second was to provide optimal condition for the surgeon and the third was to lessen the operating time. Using induced hypotension by SNP the timing economy was approximately 54 %. We had the optimal conditions for performing the greft when systolic blood pressure was between 50-70 mmHg.
