dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada skuamöz akciğer kanserli (SQC) bir hastada ve onun birinci derece yakınlarında sitogenetik değerlendirme yapıldı. Periferik kan lenfasit kültürlerinden G-bantlama yöntemi ile yapılan sitogenetik değerlendirme sonucunda gap ve lank şeklindeki kromozom kusurlarının ve ortak frajil bölge ekspresyonunun arttığı gözlendi. Frajil bölgeler arasında en sık olarak fra(3) (p14) ekspresyonu belirlendi.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study a patient who has squamous cell lung cancer (SQC), and his first-degree relatives have been subjected to cytogenetic evaluation. G-banding method were used on peripheral blood lymphocyte cultures. As a result of cytogenetic evaluation it has been observed that chromosomal aberrations (including gap and break) and expression of conımon fragile siles increased. The expression of fra(3) (p14) was most frequently determined between fragile sites.en_US
