dc.description.abstractMeckel divertikülü gastrointestinal sistemin en sık görülen konjenital anomalisidir. Herhangi bir fıtık kesesi içinde Meckel divertikülünün bulunması ise Littre fıtığı olarak tanımlanmıştır. En sık komplikasyonları ince barsak tıkanıklığı, kanama ve divertikülittir. Littre fıtığı Meckel divertikülünün sık rastlanmayan bir komplikasyonudur. Bu olgu sunumunda kliniğimize ileus nedeniyle başvuran ve boğulmuş kasık fıtığı nedeni ile opere edilen oldukça nadir görülen Littre fıtığını sunuyoruz.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractMeckel’s diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of Gasrointestinal System. Any hernia containing the Meckel diverticulum is termed as Littre hernia. The most common complications are obstruction of the small intestine, hemorrhage and diverticulitis. Littre hernia is a rare complication of the Meckel's diverticulum. We are presenting; a rare case of Littre hernia ; which is admitted to our clinic because of ileus, and in surgery for strangulated inguinal hernia.en_US
