Adesif kapsülit

Abstract

Donuk omuz ya da periartrit olarak da bilinen adesif kapsülit sık karşılaşılan bir hastalıktır. Patogenezi konusunda çok az bilgi vardır. Başlangıç çoğu kez spontandır ancak travma, miyokart infarktüsü, hemipleji ve tüberkülozla birlikte olabilir. Sendrom, iş sığası kısıtlaması ve tedaviye direnç göstermesinden ötürü önemlidir.Adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder of periarthritis of the shoulder, is a ommon disorder. Little is known about the pathogenesis of this condition. The onset is commonly spontaneus, but can be associated with variety of conditions including trauma, myocardial infarction, hemiplegia and tuberculosis. This syndrom important because of, its limiting effect on work capacity, its frequent resistance to treatment.
