İneklerde ovaryum kistleri üzerinde histopatololik ve hormonal incelemeler

Abstract

In this study ovaries of 500 slaughtered cows in Bursa and Akr;alar abattoirs were examined. Ten ovaries with Graaf follicles and cystic ovaries were collected. The cysts ere examined macroscopically and microscopically. Estradiol and progesteron hormon levels were determined in cystic and follicular fluid. As a result, in 12 out of 500 cases (2.4%) Jollicular cysts and in 3 cases (0.6%) lutein cysts were observed. Estradiollevels were lower (47.41 ± 1.9 nglml) infollicular cysts than injluidsfrom Graaffollicles (1 73.07::/:: 2.89 ng/ml). Progesteron levels were markedly higher in luteal cysts (509.67 ± 26.1 ng!ml) than in the other follicles (43,96 ± 1,59 ng/ml). Histopathological investigations have indicated the relationship between hormonal Junction and cyst structure.Bu çalışmada Bursa Et Balık Kurumu ve Akçalar mezbahasında kesilen 500 inege ait ovaryumlar incelendi. Graaf follikülü taşıyan 10 adet ovaryum ile kistik ovaryumlar toplandı. Kistler makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak incelendi. Kist ve follikül sıvılarında ostradiol ve progesteron hormonları analiz edildi. Sonuf olarak incelenen 500 inekten 12'sinde (% 2,4) follikül kisti, 3'iinde (% 0,6) lutein kisti saptandı. Ostradiol duzeyi graaf follikülünde ortalama 173,07 ± 2,89 nglml iken, follikiiler kistlerde oldukfa düşük (47, 41 ± 1,9 nglml), progesteron diizeyi ise graaf follikülünde 43,96 :/: 1,59 nglml iken luteal kistlerde oldukça yüksek (509,67 ± 26,1 nglml) olarak tespit edildi. Histopatolojik incelemeler ovaryum kistlerinin hormonal fonksiyonu ile kistin yapısı arasında bir ilişki oldugunu gostermiştir.
